Full disclosure; I have always had teeth that require a lot of love and care, so I am not always a fan of going to the dentist and can be very picky with who I go to for my care… That being said, I recently moved and became a patient at Main Street Family and Dr Giles has left a wonderful first impression. After my first cleaning, I was scheduled for a crown… the temporary crown was causing issues with my high maintenance teeth and Dr Giles was able to see me within the next 24 hours to give my teeth the love and care they seem to constantly need. I’m sure the other dentist are just as great as her and the hygienists are wonderful as well, but thank you Dr Giles for being so patient, kind, understanding, and helpful! -Andrew Wall

I thought I had cracked my tooth and called for an appointment. They were able to get me in same day and it ended up being that my filling had come out! They were able to fix it same day and I was out within an hour. This was my first appointment with Dr. Wiggins, I thought her & the whole team were wonderful!

I felt incredibly cared for from the moment I was greeted and seated to the moment I was escorted out of the office. Dr. Wiggins is a phenomenal dentist who truly takes the time to address every need and concern. Her assistant, Stephanie, was equally wonderful, she checked in with me throughout the entire visit, made sure I was comfortable, and clearly explained each step along the way. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. My entire family comes here, and we have never had a negative experience. This is a warm, professional practice that is clearly dedicated to providing excellent patient care. I highly recommend them.

Main Street Family Dentistry is one of the best dental offices you could go to. Every time I visit, I have a great experience. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and professional. They always remember me and greet me by name, which makes me feel valued and comfortable from the moment I walk in. The office is clean, organized, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff takes the time to explain everything clearly and answers any questions I have, which really helps ease any nerves. The dentists are gentle, thorough, and truly care about their patients’ comfort and dental health. I never feel rushed, and they make sure I’m comfortable throughout my appointment. Scheduling is easy, appointments run on time, and the overall level of care is outstanding. I couldn’t have picked a better dentist, and I highly recommend Main Street Family Dentistry to anyone looking for high-quality, friendly, and trustworthy dental care!

My family and I go here and we are ALWAYS greeted and treated by Friendly, flexible, knowledgeable and professional staff. We receive Quality dental work, treatment plans and excellent customer service. My hygienist Ginger was exceptional and very thorough. The billing team is also amazing! I am very pleased with mine and my families care. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My experience was excellent. Kendall took his time and gave me a professional explanation of my exam and X-rays. I’ve been going to the dentist since I was a child and never have I ever had such a through explanation. The dentist she was personable and professional. I definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Main Street Family Dentistry. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is run by people who genuinely care. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, and I love that they use web forms instead of the typical paper stack, filling out everything before my visit saved so much time. Marilyn did my teeth cleaning, and she’s a total pro. She made sure I was comfortable, explained what she was doing, and my teeth have never felt better. I also had a couple of cavities filled, and I was in and out faster than I expected. Dr. Wiggins and his assistant worked together seamlessly. Honestly, it’s like watching a well-rehearsed team. You get the sense that everyone here knows their role and takes pride in their work. The office is spotless, everything feels fresh and clean, and you can tell hygiene is a big priority. On top of all that, the prices are fair; no sticker shock or surprises. They’re upfront and honest about the work that needs to be done, and I felt like I got great value for my visit. If you’re looking for a dentist who respects your time, your health, and your wallet, you really can’t do better than Main Street Family Dentistry.

MSFD is AMAZING!!! I started going there about 13 years ago when I first moved to Holly Springs, and even now that I live 40 minutes away, I still happily make the drive. That says everything. The office staff is always warm and welcoming, the hygienists are fantastic, the assistants are knowledgeable and kind, and the dentists are truly top-notch. Everyone is professional, pleasant, and genuinely cares about their patients. I’ve had way more dental work than I care to admit, and MSFD has been there for me every step of the way. I trust them completely. They’re stuck with me forever! 😄
